The course
The 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Sr. layout occupies a natural setting east of central Marbella, with views from several holes. The club presents it as a demanding golfing experience. Its landscape is part of the appeal, but this should be planned as a golf day rather than a casual beachside pitch-and-putt.
Who is it for?
Our take: an attractive addition for established golfers who want a different test from the relatively level Guadalmina layouts or short par-3 courses. Improving players should discuss suitable tees and buggy needs with the club before choosing solely on the basis of the views.
Can non-members book?
Public green-fee options and a visitor booking system are available, so membership is not needed for that reservation route. The current rate schedule includes shared-buggy products and twilight options. Confirm the conditions of the exact product: twilight does not guarantee enough daylight to complete every hole.

Can you stay on the course?
The word resort is not proof of a bookable hotel on this course. The club information reviewed directs visitors towards nearby accommodation, so no integrated Marbella on-course hotel is claimed here. Facilities and planning
The official information lists the El Olivo restaurant and terraces, golf equipment rentals and visitor packages. Book the clubs and transport you need at the same time as the round, particularly if your group has different handedness or equipment requirements.
Use the new club name when checking the booking confirmation, while recognising the older name on maps or historic reviews. Check the current maintenance calendar, cancellation conditions and what shared-buggy use means for your party. A golf voucher should not be assumed to include accommodation.
Before paying, confirm handicap or licence requirements, dress code, equipment, the chosen tee time and any maintenance restrictions with the operator. Hotel and golf bookings are separate unless an explicit package includes both.
