Who I’d choose it for
Families or friends who value separate bedrooms, a kitchen and their own routine. The appeal is space and outdoor living, rather than daily hotel service. Use the live property listing to confirm the permitted occupancy and the sleeping arrangements for your group.
Getting around & the beach
Treat this as a residential base in eastern Marbella. I’d plan a car for shopping, beach equipment and outings to Cabopino or other areas. The map marker identifies the neighbourhood approximately, not the entrance or a walking route. Confirm the exact address and parking instructions before travelling.
When the price makes sense
Compare the total for your entire party and stay, including cleaning, deposits and cancellation terms. A kitchen can change the food budget, but add car costs when comparing with a central hotel. No fixed nightly price is quoted here because availability and conditions change.
